Lorsqu’elle s’est rendue à la justice, elle a été accusée de crimes atroces. Pourtant, les choses auraient pu se passer différemment. Elle aurait pu se marier et avoir des enfants avec Daniel, un camarade de la guérilla. Mais Elda a décidé de suivre les ordres de sa hiérarchie et l’a tué parce qu’il était un infiltré. Depuis lors, elle lutte pour trouver le pardon.
